1. These Terms of Service (hereinafter – ‘the Terms’) is an official public offer containing all the essential terms and conditions of the agreement between Boosted.one and the customer. By accessing this website, you are agreeing to all its provisions while purchasing services of Boosted.one.
2. The subject matter of this offer is provision of services related to promotion in social networks in line with the provisions of the Terms and the price list, published in the Internet at the address https://boosted.one/ (hereinafter – ‘the Price list’).
3. By paying of money and clicking on the ‘order’ button at the website https://boosted.one/, you agree to order a specific service for the price, indicated in the Price list and all the related parameters of the ordered service indicated in the relevant input boxes.
4. The detailed list of offered services is located at the web address https://boosted.one/.
5. Boosted.one has the right to change the list of offered services, the Price list and the provisions of these Terms unilaterally at any moment without any specific notice. The new version of either of these documents will be published on https://boosted.one. The customer is considered familiarised to the provisions of the abovementioned document from the moment of its publication on https://boosted.one/pages/TermsofService.
6. The services are provided against a 100% prepayment.
7. After familiarization with the Price list and these Terms, the customer creates an electronic request for a service with the parameters indicated in the relevant input boxes. Boosted.one automatically creates an electronic bill for the ordered service. The offer is deemed accepted from the moment of transfer of money by any means by the way provided by Boosted.one.
8. Boosted one shall provide the ordered service within 30 business days from the acceptance of the offer in line with the customer’s electronic request, unless other term for provision of the service is indicated in the electronic request.
9. Boosted.one provides the customer support on information about correctness of formation of the order, its status and time of provision. The support can be contacted at support@boosted.one.
10. In case if the customer fails to form a request correctly in full or in part, Boosted.one shall not be liable for the term of provision of the service and has the right to correct the electronic request on its own and provide the service according to the parameters corrected by Boosted.one. Boosted.one is not liable for incorrect indication of links, references or other parameters while formation of the request. In case of such an incorrect indication, if the service has been paid, the obligations of Boosted.one are considered performed.
11. The service is considered to be performed in full if within 24 hours the customer has not sent a motivated refusal of acceptance to Boosted.one. The guarantee for the provided services if 5 days after the performance of the order, unless otherwise provided in the description of the service.
12. Boosted.one may unilaterally refuse the provision of services to customers whose activity is unacceptable or illegal.
13. Boosted.one is not liable for the breach of these Terms, if the breach was caused by force-majeure events, such as technical or other changes in the operation of social networks, actions of state bodies, fire, earthquake, flood, any other acts of God, absence of electricity or incorrectness in the operation of computer network, strike, civil unrest, riots, any other events capable to influence the performance of obligations of Boosted.one.
14. Boosted.one can unilaterally change the terms of provision of services without notification of the customer. Such delays may occur due to the counterparties, changes on operation of social networks, updates of databases and other technical issues.
15. The materials and services on this website are provided ‘as is’, without any warranties, expressed or implied, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Boosted.one does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Internet web site or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
