Refund policy

General

  • Boosted.one offers intangible and irrevocable services. The customer is responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any service at our site.

Eligible cases of refund and procedure

  • Non-performance of Boosted.one obligations to provide the ordered service upon the Boosted.one’s fault. In case if Boosted.one does not provide the ordered service within 14 days after payment, Boosted.one must refund the paid money in full or in part (if the service was not performed in full or in part respectively).
  • To demand refund, the customer needs to contact Boosted.one via e-mail support@boosted.one within 3 business days after the payment. After the customer’s demand to the e-mail, Boosted.one has the right to perform the unperformed volume of obligations within the term of the next 14 days.
  • In case if Boosted.one does not manage to perform it obligations within the abovementioned 14 days, Boosted.one shall refund the money to the customer.
  • Funds are not refunded if the non-performance or incorrect performance of Boosted.one’s obligations is caused by the incorrect input of the corresponding information (e.g. relevant links) while the formation of an order by the customer.
