A post about moving a business on VKontakte should immediately state the new address, the start date of operations, and the visiting procedure. An old photo of the entrance or the word "tomorrow" without a date can send a client to the wrong place even if the main text of the post is correct.

Prepare information about the new location
Check the address, building, floor, entrance landmark, and actual opening hours. If some services are temporarily unavailable, state this next to the opening date. Do not present the opening as having taken place until the team is ready to receive visitors.
This procedure is an editorial checklist. It does not imply automatic updating of all mentions of the address by VK's tools.
Write a standalone announcement
Start with the formula: "From the specified date, we operate at the new address." Then explain what happens to the old location and to already agreed visits. Separately provide a contact for clarifying the route. Write the date and address in plain text, even if they appear in the photo.
Take a real photo of the new entrance and check it with someone who has never been there before. If they do not recognize the right door, add a clear explanation. The route diagram must correspond to the accessible passage, not to the approximate location of the building on the map.
Find old mentions
Review the community description, pinned materials, cards, and the latest visit announcements. Make a list of the places the team actually uses and update each one manually in a suitable way. Do not delete useful old materials just because of the address if a clear, up-to-date clarification can be given.
After the move, check the route from a phone via the public link and pay attention to repeated questions from visitors. Completing this check means the information is consistent in the places reviewed, but it does not prove that all previous readers have learned about the move. In personal arrangements, confirm the address separately.
