If visitors find the building but not the entrance, add last-meters directions to the VK post: which side of the building, a landmark, the door, and obstacles. A single address on the map does not describe the passage through a courtyard or the climb up a staircase.
Walk the route again
Ask an employee to walk from a noticeable public landmark to the door the way a new visitor would. Write down the turns, the sign, and the spot where it is easy to make a mistake. Do not invent entrance accessibility: the width of the passage, the steps, and whether the lift works must be checked on site.
The example workshop is located in the courtyard. Its directions can consist of three actions: enter the archway next to the sign, turn toward the separate porch, find the door with the workshop's name. This is a teaching example, not a route to an existing address.
Combine the map, photos, and text
Yandex Maps lets you share a place or a route. Open the resulting link from another phone: it should lead to the right point. For the last meters, add your own up-to-date photo of the entrance and a simple diagram, without copying someone else's map without checking the terms of use.
Repeat the key landmarks in the text. A photograph without a description will not help a person who cannot distinguish the sign or cannot see the image. If the entrance is closed outside certain hours, state the verified opening hours and a working contact for clarification.
Acceptance walk-through
Give the directions to a colleague who has never been here before. Do not prompt them along the way; note the spot where they stopped or chose the wrong door. Fix that exact step. Repeat the check after repairs, a change of sign, or the passage being blocked. The post helps people find the entrance; it does not confirm the accessibility of the entire premises and does not replace a conversation about special visiting conditions.
