To get a meaningful request for a wholesale batch through a VKontakte community, explain what information is needed for a quote. The product name and the phrase "I want a lot" usually do not determine the configuration, the ready date, and the final amount.
Inputs for the first conversation
Make a short list of the item being ordered, the quantity, the variant, the desired date, and the pickup location. If the price depends on a layout or a sample, name that stage separately. Do not promise a quote without the data it actually depends on.

Show an example without other people's data

Show at which stage the sample is agreed and how a preliminary quote differs from a confirmed offer. If different variants have different minimum batches, check them and state them separately. A single minimum "for everything" can hide an important limitation.
Before promising a deadline
The responsible employee must check the feasibility of manufacturing, the completeness of the inputs, and the method of receipt. Only after that should you tell the client the specific terms. A request in the comments by itself does not reserve production time.
