Session replay helps you notice where a visitor has trouble filling out a form, but the recording needs to be compared against how the site itself works. It may differ from the actual page rendering and is not a complete log of every action of every user.

Start with the observable problem
Describe the symptom: the person interacts with the fields, but there is no successful submission. Select suitable visits and watch at which step the repetition occurs: searching for the button, correcting a value, returning to the previous field. One viewing of a recording yields a hypothesis, not a proven cause of the failure.
The Metrica help documentation describes the limitations of recording for certain technologies and browsers. Therefore, the absence of an element in the replay does not yet prove that it was not there for the visitor. Do not conclude that something is broken based on a single unusual frame.
Reproduce the scenario yourself
Open the form on a comparable device and repeat the sequence with test data. Check how clear the error is, the visibility of the button, and the retention of already entered safe values. Verification does not require collecting other people's passwords, payment details, or weakening the page's protection.
Example: in the recording, the person returns to the phone field several times. The editor checks the form on a phone and discovers that the format hint is hidden below the keyboard. This is a specific, testable hypothesis; it should be confirmed on the real interface before fixing.
Compare with form analytics
Where the relevant report is available, distinguish between view, interaction, and submission. Support depends on the form's implementation. If the successful submission event is configured incorrectly, a behavior recording will not fix the counter itself.
After the change, repeat the controlled scenario and look at new data for a comparable period. Record what exactly was fixed, which devices were checked, and what is still insufficient for a conclusion. A reduction in the number of difficulties is useful, but it does not automatically equal confirmed revenue.
