An ad post is easier to check if it has one task for the reader, a specific offer, verifiable proof, and one next step. The template sets the order, but the content needs to be filled in with real terms: beautiful text does not replace an available service.
Example for an event
Training announcement: “On Saturday we’ll sort out a home photo archive. During the session we’ll choose a folder structure and put together the first album. Participants need a laptop and copies of their files. Start at 12:00 Moscow time, duration 90 minutes. The program and recording are at the link.”
Here it is clear who the session is for, what will be done, and what to prepare. Before publishing, add the real date, place, price, or an explicit indication of free participation, access terms, and a working registration address. Do not call this example an announcement of an existing event.
Example for a service
Second training option: “I’ll help set up a page for a small podcast. The package includes a cover made from your materials, a description, and assembling links to episodes. First we’ll agree on the source materials and scope, then the deadline and price. Work examples and contact are at the link.”
Unlike an event announcement, here the reader cares about the scope of work and the approval procedure. Do not replace them with a promise that the podcast will become popular. If the number of revisions or the deadline is limited, write that next to the offer.
Build your own version
In the Telegram editor choose an offer template. Replace all generic phrases, add short paragraphs, and highlight only the main points. Open every link as a reader would. Save the template on your device or download the text.
For manual sending, use plain text and check the formatting in the app. Separate HTML and MarkdownV2 exports with the appropriate parse_mode are intended for a bot; the differences between the formats are covered separately.
Before posting, agree with the platform on its advertising requirements and the way it should be presented. The editor form does not check the legal terms of an advertising campaign. The tool’s result is a ready draft that still needs to be proofread and sent.
