The bio in Spotify for Artists should briefly explain who releases the music and what is important to know about the project now. Links to social profiles are set up separately; do not expect that an arbitrary address in the bio text will automatically become the desired clickable link.

Preparing the text
According to Spotify's help, editing is available to the Admin and Editor roles, and the bio is limited to 1500 characters. First check the team's permissions and prepare a short draft. Include verifiable information about the music, the lineup, and the current stage of the project, avoiding unconfirmed superlatives.
Example structure: who performs, what material is being released, and which work is a convenient starting point for getting acquainted. If a collaborative release is mentioned, check the names and the corresponding page. Keep information about a future release separate from what is already available.
Which links to distinguish
The bio provides for mentions of Spotify entities via `@`. Choose the correct artist or release from the available options, especially when names coincide. For social links, use the corresponding profile information block and the fields supported there.
Do not insert a set of addresses instead of a story about the artist. One accurate link to the right entry is more useful than a list that cannot be checked from a phone. If a link leads to another project with a similar name, correct it before announcing the updated profile.
Checking after saving
Open the profile as an ordinary listener and read the beginning without knowing the band's history. Check all added links and the absence of outdated dates. For the team, keep a short note: who checked the bio and what information needs to be reviewed after the release.
The bio helps people navigate the profile, but by itself it does not provide recommendations, follows, or listens. Do not replace it with an advertising promise of results and do not present purchased activity as confirmed audience interest.

If a separate public announcement for this work has been prepared in Telegram, you can view the terms for post views. The form below applies only to such an announcement. The service does not edit the bio and does not add social links. Purchased activity does not confirm organic interest, requests, or revenue.
