A Boosted wallet top-up and payment for a specific order are different operations. In the first case, the funds are intended for later use; in the second, the payment relates to the selected service and its parameters. Before continuing, check which option is open on the payment page.
What should be clear before payment
For an order, match the platform, service, link, quantity, and total amount. For a top-up, check the purpose of the operation and the amount credited. If you want a specific service to be performed, a top-up alone is not enough to consider it placed.
In the current Boosted checkout flow, these operations are separate. The available payment methods depend on the open scenario and the state of the account. Do not rely only on the amount being the same: two payments for the same amount may have different purposes.
Example without a duplicate payment
Suppose a user intended to order post views but opened a top-up instead. After confirming that the funds have arrived, they check the balance and separately return to the parameters of the desired order. They do not treat the lack of fulfillment as an error merely because the money has already been deposited.
If a payment is still being verified, first open its status using your saved link or through your account. Do not create a new payment for the same task just because of a delay in display. If anything is unclear, send support the transaction number and briefly explain what you intended to pay for.
How to confirm the result
For a top-up, the credit is checked; for an order, the payment confirmation and the state of the service itself are checked. A paid order and completed fulfillment are also not the same thing. Do not share the secret payment access link in public comments.
Having funds in the balance does not confirm payment for a specific order: check the status of the selected operation. A record without payment and fulfillment preserves only the selection parameters. Neither a top-up nor paid activity by itself guarantees audience interest or income.
