To understand how long it will take for your order to be completed, you should go to the page of the item you ordered and look at the "Completion time" block - this is the statistically average completion time for this item; your order may be completed either faster (most often) or slower than this time. For example, the item in the screenshot is completed on average in 38 minutes.
Most of our orders are covered by a fulfillment guarantee of 48 hours, which means that if within 48 hours your order is not fulfilled, we can order a more expensive item for you for free and with an additional bonus!
