If you provided an email when placing the order or placed it while logged in, you can track the order in personal account. You may need to log in with the specified email.
If you cannot log in or did not provide an email when placing your order, you can find out your order status from the online support operator. Do not ask the operator for the status until at least 2-3 hour has passed since the order was placed, as your order will most likely be completed soon :)
