Engagement refill, order cancellation, and a monetary refund are different actions. Before paying, clarify the terms of the specific item you selected, and after a problem, rely on the saved order and the actual status. The general word "guarantee" does not explain what result is promised.
Three different questions
Refill concerns additional fulfillment subject to the terms of the service. Cancellation is the ability to stop a process that is not yet complete. A refund is the movement of money based on the outcome of a specific review. The availability of one action does not confirm the availability of the other two.
The Telegram views page on Boosted states that the source, timing, and refill depend on the selected plan. From this, one cannot derive a universal right to automatic refill of any volume at any time. Before ordering, ask a clarifying question about the selected service if the terms on the screen do not answer your question.
A terms card before launch
Save the name of the item, the object, the volume, the final amount, and the terms that were shown or confirmed by support. Separately clarify what counts as the start of fulfillment, what changes to the object interfere with the work, and how to report a problem. Do not use a promise from an advertisement for another service as a term of your order.
An author's example: one plan provides for verifiable refill under certain circumstances, while another contains no such term. A higher price by itself does not prove that refill is available. The decision is made based on the description, not on the word "premium."
How to phrase a request after a problem
Describe the observation and the clarification you need: "The order has this status, and after a check the counter changed; please clarify whether the refill term applies." If you want to cancel an order that is still running, ask specifically about the possibility of stopping it. Do not create a new order in the hope that the previous one will be canceled automatically.
Verify a monetary decision against the confirmed response and the state of the transaction, not against a promise from an outside account. This article does not establish new Boosted terms and does not promise a specific refund. For an active case, use the current support page and your order number.
