For a small channel team, it is more useful to assign responsibility for a specific post than to invent many job titles. The author is responsible for the facts and the draft, the editor for clarity and verification, and the publisher for the correct version and timing. One person can combine roles, but verification before publication still needs to be designated.
Handoff card
Create a record with five fields: link to the draft; source of the disputed fact; date of relevance; who approves; when it can be published. The statuses are simple enough: being written, under review, approved, published. "Approved" refers to a specific version. After a change in price, terms, or link, return the material for review.
Example: the author prepared an announcement for a workshop. The editor noticed that the deadline applies only to diagnostics. After the correction, the owner confirmed the terms, the publisher checked the link and saved the address of the published post. If a correction comes after approval, the old mark does not authorize publication of a new version.
Rights and working roles are different things
The official Telegram FAQ confirms the assignment of administrators with individual rights. The names "author" and "editor" in this article are an organizational team model, not a promise of ready-made roles in the Telegram interface. Access is granted by the owner according to tasks; the password and login code are not passed on to another employee.
An employee who only prepares text does not necessarily need to have publication rights. Before a vacation, agree on a replacement for the approver and on where drafts are stored. When a participant leaves, the owner checks their access and unfinished materials, rather than simply removing the name from the list.
How to correct an error
In advance, designate someone responsible for incorrect terms in a published post. They check the facts, coordinate the correction, and note the reason in the card. Do not leave two different "final" files: there should be only one latest approved version.
