Pre-purchase FAQ post: a template for a Telegram channel

A pre-purchase FAQ post should address real uncertainties: what is included, who it is not suitable for, what will be required from the client, and what the next step looks like. It is better to take objections from voluntary inquiries, removing personal data, rather than inventing them for the sake of a convenient answer.

Select three questions

Group recurring questions by the buyer's decision. "Is this for a beginner?" relates to suitability, "What should I send?" relates to preparation, "When will I get the result?" relates to terms. Do not combine them under a general promise that "everything is simple and fast."

A hypothetical example of a resume review service: "Is it suitable without experience? Yes, if there are study projects that can be described; we do not promise employment. What should I send? The text of the resume without unnecessary personal details. What will you get? Comments and a list of edits; sending to employers is not included." Replace this template with your own confirmed terms.

Answer structure

For each question, give a direct answer, a boundary, and an action in case of an exception. If the timeframe depends on the queue, explain where to clarify it before payment. Do not invent a universal timeframe for the sake of persuasiveness. If the service is not suitable, suggest not buying it or asking a clarifying question first.

Choose the order of questions based on what is preventing a decision. An important exception must not be hidden in the last line under a call to pay. Do not publish a screenshot of a conversation without permission; an anonymized retelling is often more useful and easier to read.

How to keep it up to date

State the date the terms were checked and the person responsible for updating. When the composition of the service changes, correct the post, the order page, and the support response template. Different terms in three places create new uncertainty. After publication, note which questions continued to be asked: those are the ones worth clarifying in the next revision.
