If a published Telegram post has an incorrect price, first make the correction noticeable, then check all the places where the offer is used. A quiet replacement of the number in one message can leave a reader with an old screenshot or an advertising layout.

Write down the link to the original post, the time it was discovered, and the correct value. Then list your known copies: the pinned post, the price list, the landing page, scheduled publications, the layout for a partner. This is a working checklist, not a claim that you can find all third-party reposts.
In Telegram, messages can be forwarded. The ability to forward does not give an editor control over screenshots that have been taken and text typed separately. Therefore, do not promise that editing the source will fix every copy in all channels.
Example of a clear correction
Author's sample: “Correction dated 21 September, 12:20 MSK: the post incorrectly states the price of the set. The correct price is 2 400 ₽ for three items. If you have already responded to the previous offer, write to the official support channel so the situation can be reviewed.” The number here is conditional, not the price of a Boosted service.
Do not add a made-up reason to the correction, such as “only one spot left.” Do not publish lists of buyers who responded. Questions about obligations already accepted are resolved based on the facts of a specific request; this editorial template does not establish refund terms or a legal assessment of the error.
Acceptance of the correction
A colleague opens the original address, finds the correction note, compares the price with the current page, and checks the upcoming queue. Each known copy is given a status: corrected, replacement sent to the owner, no confirmation yet. The last status cannot be recorded as done.
After that, update the original layout from which the publication was made. Otherwise, during the next campaign the team will copy the incorrect number again. The correction log keeps the fact and the time, not a search for who is to blame.
