The analyzer needs one row per post and clear English column headers. An automatic export from another service may have a different structure: first bring it to the template. The program does not guess the meaning of arbitrary columns.
Import scheme
name is required, and at least one base column: followers, views, or reach. For the views report, views is needed with a known value in at least one row. Additional columns — likes, comments, shares, saves. All counters are integers and non-negative.
A simple example can be downloaded as CSV. Its header is name,views,likes,comments. The rows A,100,8,2 and B,120,10,3 mean two sample posts. A name with a comma must be enclosed in double quotes; a quote inside a field must be doubled.
Export from a spreadsheet
Save the file in UTF-8. Comma, semicolon, and tab are supported; all rows must have the same number of fields. Do not add a percent sign, currency, or the word “views” inside a numeric cell. Units are described in the report methodology.
An empty cell is an unknown value. Zero is a known absence of actions. Do not fill the entire column with zeros just because the service did not export it. For CSV analysis, the limit is 500 KB and 1 000 data rows; split a large report into meaningful periods, not arbitrary chunks.
Check after upload
Verify the number of posts and the number of rows with known views. Look at the first and last post in the source CSV, and the mean and median in the report. If a metric looks unexpected, go back to the units, the delimiter, and the age of the posts. The chart shows the first 30 rows of period B, if it was added, otherwise of period A. Summary metrics are calculated over the entire sample. The export contains these totals; keep the source post rows separately.
The source file remains in the browser. This is not a direct connection to a Telegram account and not confirmation of the spreadsheet's authenticity. If the data was obtained from administrative statistics, save the date and access source separately. Remove client information and private links from public examples.
