If a Spotify release ended up on the page of an artist with the same name, collect exact links to the release and the correct profile and send a request about the mismatch. Promoting the wrong page does not fix the attribution and may direct a listener to someone else's catalog.
First, distinguish two errors
The first is that your music is on another artist or your catalog is split between profiles. The second is that the title, cover art, or credits are incorrect on the correct page. Spotify handles profile mixing separately from metadata corrections; do not send a vague "everything is broken" without specifying the object.
For mixing, the content mismatch form is available in Spotify for Artists. You can report the problem even before the release comes out. The official help also describes assistance from individual distributors; whether a particular method is available must be checked with your partner. Do not turn the response time from the help into a promised correction date for your case.
A package for one request
Prepare the artist name, the address of the correct profile, a link to the incorrectly placed release, a description of the desired outcome, and a dated snapshot of the current state. If part of the catalog is already correct, explicitly note which entries do not need to be moved. Do not publish internal data or distributor correspondence in a public post for fans.
Author's example: for the project "Severny Dvor," a new single is visible on the page of another performer with the same name. The team attaches two profile addresses and one release address, explaining which profile existed before the release. It does not create several conflicting requests with different desired addresses.
What to do about the announcement
While the issue is unresolved, check your public links. If an address misleads a listener, report the problem and give only a verified path. After support responds, open the release and profile again, then update the known announcements.
On future deliveries, verify the artist identifier with the distributor. A successful correction of one error does not guarantee that the name will never be mixed up again. Artificial plays do not solve the problem and violate Spotify's policy.

If, after resolving the main task, you publish a public release announcement on Telegram, you can separately check the view terms for that post. This is not about music plays, not metadata correction, and not profile verification.
