A release has cover art, a link, and four days when you want to remind people about it. If you publish "our new track is coming soon" every time, the series quickly runs out of steam. It's better to give each piece its own reason to exist: hear an excerpt, learn a detail, play the full version, discuss the song after the premiere.

Let's look at the fictional single "After the Rain". In it you can hear the sound of a wet street, recorded by the author before the vocal part. This is an invented example for an editorial plan, not the story of a real artist and not a ready-made legend for someone else's song.
First piece: let people hear it
A few days before the release, we publish a short excerpt that is interesting in its own right. We start with the music, not a long intro. A detail related to the song's mood appears in the frame: the reflection of light on wet asphalt.
The caption gives the title and the date. There's no need to retell the whole recording story while also asking for a comment, a repost, a save, and a follow. In this piece it's enough to let a person get acquainted with the sound and understand when to expect the continuation.
Second: show one real detail
The next post tells about the field recording: where the idea came from, why the sound stayed in the arrangement, what changed between the draft and the final version. We show a small fragment of the process or two honestly labeled versions.
For a real song, choose your own detail. It could be one changed line, an unusual instrument, or a decision to drop a part. Don't invent a dramatic story for the sake of reach. If there's no interesting story, it's more useful to show the musical work and let people hear it.
Third: the premiere with one working link
On the release day, we publish the full cover art or a new excerpt and a direct link to the song. Here the listener can already take the main action. Check the address from your phone before sending the post: a link to an old version will ruin a well-prepared series.
In its own promotion recommendations, Spotify suggests sharing music and building a connection with listeners on the platform and beyond it. This is a direction of work, not a promise of reach from a certain number of posts. Spotify recommendations.
Fourth: respond to genuine interest
After the release, look at what people asked. In our hypothetical example, a listener noticed an unusual sound before the chorus. The next post shows that piece of the recording and explains why it's needed in the song.
If there were no questions, don't make up an enthusiastic comment from a fan. You can break down one musical choice yourself or offer a live performance. The post should still have value for someone who has already heard the track.
How to put a series together without a daily rush
Create a folder with four pieces, captions, and links. Note the purpose of each post. Ready-made messages in Telegram can be scheduled in advance; the service itself supports scheduled messages. Telegram blog.
Before the premiere, check the scheduled addresses once more. After each release, save the available links and substantive replies. The four pieces here are an example of a sequence, not the optimal frequency for every artist.
If you're comparing Boosted release packages, match the contents against the series you already have ready and clarify the methods of work. Buying counters does not replace communicating with listeners. Before paying, check the contents, limitations, and available mode of the selected service.
Keep one current entry point for the premiere
When the release is available in the catalogs, gather the confirmed addresses of one recording into a music page. Before the premiere, don't present it as a pre-save: the tool does not connect such an action and does not upload music to platforms. Check the track version and availability for the country you need separately.
For each publication in the series, prepare the text in the post editor and a separate frame in the resizer. A saved template speeds up preparation, but it shouldn't turn four different occasions into one repeating announcement. A click to the music page and a listen are counted by different systems; don't call all clicks listeners.
✦ Choose a quantity and place an order →
A successful series leaves four different pieces of material that can be shown separately. A person does not need to read all the previous posts to understand the latest one and turn on the song.
