The integration price is clear only together with the scope of work and placement terms. The same amount can mean a short post from ready-made text, an original analysis, or a series of materials. The price list should allow comparison of the composition of the offer itself.
Minimum format card
Specify the platform, the type of material, who prepares the text and image, the placement period, the number of approvals, the date the source materials are provided, and the contact. If there are separate options, name them alongside so the reader does not mistake the base price for the cost of all variants.
Sample structure: “One post in Telegram. The client sends the facts and source materials; the author prepares the text. One round of approval before publication. The date and placement period are agreed separately. Additional material is priced separately.” Then add your specific deadlines, price, and terms instead of general words.
Separate the result of the work from the expectation
The obligation to prepare an approved post differs from the expectation of views, leads, or purchases. If the offer includes a forecast range, explain the source and limitations; do not turn a historical median into a guaranteed future number.
To assess the economics, the advertiser can use a media plan. Your placement terms should remain clear even without a return-on-investment calculation: the tool does not determine a fair market price and does not replace the parties' agreements.
Assemble and check the document
In the media kit builder, move the card into the collaboration formats field. Save the PDF, open it, and make sure the period, limitations, and contact are fully visible. For long terms, choose PDF: a short image should not lose essential text for the sake of a beautiful composition.
Before sending, remove outdated prices, unavailable dates, and options you no longer offer. Check the necessary advertising requirements for your situation separately; this sample describes the content of an offer and is not a legal template. It is convenient to date the price list version so that subsequent correspondence refers to the same document.
