Telegram content plan for the first month: an example for a small workshop

Twelve posts across four weeks: an introduction, useful breakdowns, answers, and a service offer. A ready-made calendar principle that can be adapted to your own channel.

An empty calendar is often filled with categories: useful content, news, sales. But on Monday it is still unclear what to write about. It is better to choose one reader, one goal for the month, and name the specific posts right away.

Let's look at a hypothetical bicycle workshop. Its channel is for people who want to understand the condition of their bicycle and book the right kind of work. The plan is three posts per week. This is a convenient volume for an example, not a universally best frequency.

Telegram content plan for four weeks: orientation, usefulness, trust, and action

First week: help a person get their bearings

Monday — "Where to start if the bicycle has been standing for a long time." A short list of visible problems and situations in which it is worth contacting a mechanic. Do not give risky repair instructions for critical components without verification by a specialist.

Wednesday — "How a visit to the workshop works." What information will help describe the problem, how the work is agreed, and where to check the current price. Publish only your own current terms.

Friday — "Three common questions before a first booking." Take questions from real inquiries and remove names and contact details. If there are no inquiries yet, title the material "What to check before booking" and do not present invented lines as customer questions.

Second week: show a useful way to choose

Monday — "What to tell the mechanic about an unusual noise." When it occurs, how long it has been noticeable, and whether it changed after a ride. Provide a description template instead of promising a remote diagnosis.

Wednesday — "How two service options differ." Compare the work included and the limitations. If you currently have only one service, explain what it includes without inventing a second tier.

Friday — "What to show in the next breakdown." Offer readers several specific topics. The question "what are you interested in?" forces them to come up with an answer from scratch; a choice among clear tasks is easier to interpret.

Third week: reveal the process

Monday — "One work stage in photographs." Use your own shots that show the essence of the work. Remove other people's names, order numbers, and correspondence before publishing.

Wednesday — "What the timeline depends on." Talk about real constraints: diagnostics, approval, and availability of parts. Do not promise the same time for different faults.

Friday — "A breakdown of the question chosen by readers." Return to the previous poll and fulfill the editorial promise. If there are few answers, honestly choose the topic yourself; do not call it the majority opinion.

Fourth week: give a clear offer

Monday — "Who a specific service is suitable for." Explain the result and the cases in which a different option is needed.

Wednesday — "How to prepare for a visit." Address, contact method, required information, and limitations — current ones only.

Friday — "What remained unclear over the month." Collect questions from comments and inquiries, update the introductory materials, and choose the next cycle.

How to turn the list into a working queue

For each topic, assign an author, a draft date, fact-checking, an illustration, and one reader action. Keep the source photos and links to the documents used nearby. Telegram lets you send prepared messages at a chosen time through its built-in scheduling. Telegram instructions.

Before scheduling, check the mobile view and the links. Scheduled sending saves manual actions, but it does not proofread the text and does not know that the workshop's terms have changed.

After a month, look at which materials led to substantive questions and sign-ups. Don't choose your next plan based only on views. If ordered activities were used, separate them from organic metrics.

For recurring tasks, you can look into a subscription to views. It sets the service parameters for publications; the content plan itself and clients' interest remain separate work.
